Pine pollen is a powerhouse of nutrients that help with energy, stamina, and recovery. Whole cell pine pollen contains phytoandrogens, plant-based hormones, with researched health impact in humans.
Research shows they have diverse effects on human health and longevity by supporting hormone health, regulating inflammation, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar.
The doctrine of signatures holds that most plants resemble the organs they support! But a germinating pine pollen cell has a lot more going on for it. The same phytoandrogens that help pollen grains germinate are potent triggers that promote hormone health benefits to human cells. Several clinical trials have demonstrated that pine pollen can help alleviate symptoms associated with aging, including improvements in general health. For a full list, visit here...
Pine pollen powder has a mild taste profile, a dry texture, and a subtle piney scent. Pine pollen's mild flavour and aroma make it a versatile ingredient to add to elixirs, smoothies, cocktails, oatmeal, yogurt, tea, or coffee, and it adds a creamy texture alongside a nutrient-rich boost of vitamins and minerals.

Not all pine pollen is the same!
With Canadian pine pollen, you get a wild, tree-jar finished product, as nature intended.
Every Spring, we set out to the Canadian wilderness to bring you nature’s best pine pollen from the pristine mountains of interior British Columbia. After harvest, we gently air dry the pollen at low temperature in a controlled environment that allows the buds to mature and the pollen to separate.
We don't crack our whole cell pine pollen, unlike imported pollen from masson pine and tabuliformus pine. Cracking exposes pollen nutrients to air and light, which can lead to oxidation. It is proven that fresh pollen is more potent. So our pollen is always fresh - never heat-treated, UV irradiated, ethylene oxide, gas, or microwave sterilized, as compared to imported varieties of cracked cell pine pollen.
